Die cutter that will cut 20 mil thick material (looking for recommendations)

Hello,

I own an envision dei cutter but I have problems die cutting the reverse print material as the backing keeps coming off.

Therefore, what I would like to do is print using my edge fx.

THan remove it off the liner and add the adhesive with my laminator.

Than run it through a tension style die cutter.
