here is something we do that is simple and a little time saver.
on the back of our roland sp540 i have put different coloured lines on our media rollers and a colour chart on the back of the machine. thesecoloured lines define where the different sized media goes. when you are loading 15", 24", 30", 50" or 54" you just look at the colour chart. perfect every time.
