Difficulty in finding a font match

Hi everyone
im trying to get a font match to a job I’m doing and can I like he’ll find it does anyone know if I post the full alphabet upper and lower case and numbers scanning it from a print out sheet ( I know someone that has it on his pc but his program isn’t compatible with my program so I can’t get it down loaded, I have coreldraw x4 he has sign lab.

It’s not an actual fant that sign lab has it’s been made on that system I’m told.

If you look at the capital letters especially the K and R there is a swoop on the legs of them
