This is an update to a post started weeks ago about Digiprint no backing up the products they sell.
recently bought a dx4 printhead for my aging roland from them.
after my local tech tried and failed to install it successfully.
i jumped the gun and blamed it on a bad head.
well after a few calls to the main office in Miami they actually went trough the trouble and flew a tech (Antonio) from Mexico city to the border town of Reynosa,Mexico (not very safe at the moment) i live along the Texas/Mexico border.
He took a taxi across the border to my office.
was able to determine what was wrong with the install. turns out my tech skipped some basic steps and probably fried the head during install.
so big kudos to digiprint supplies. they have earned my future business and trust.
Don't hesitate to order from them. they back their products 100%
p.s they could have fixed it faster, but i was out of town for the past 2 weeks.
