Direct Color Systems UV-53

Hey guys new to this group! I have been running 2 Mimaki jfx200-2513 flabeds. With That being said, the company i work for has recently purchased a DTS( direct color system) UV-53 printer. I was wondering i anybody here has had the opportunity to work with one ? The costumer service for them is not that great and i just have a couple of questions.
We got the printer to replace how we make ada signs . Thanks !!!:cool::cool:
