Disassociate substituted font?

If I have a flexi file that uses a font not installed on my pc and I accidentally selected arial by clicking ok instead of cancel at the font locate/substitution screen when opening said file, how do I undo this association? Now when I open the file it automatically applies the incorrect font to the text.

I've never found a way to undo that. It's happened to me and it's a bummer. I have a habit now of saving another copy after converting to outlines, you can't edit it but it may save your rear end.

Weekly backups can save your rear end in situations like this as well.

Thanks guys, I haven't overwritten the file, so if I open it on another pc it's fine. Thankfully its some weird font that isn't used too often.
