Do they make gromments for 3mm diabond?

I had a customer ask me today after work hours if on there signs, which are made out of 3mm diabond, they can get two gromments in them instead of just drilling two holes. My question to you guys is i have never seen gromments that thick. Do anyone make them? I normally use the #2 gromments but the thickest they will go is 1/16 material. I know i could call my supplier tomorrow during business hours but i was curious and hoping someone on here has bought some before. I have a Stimpson 405 punch. Thanks

Yes, they're called "long neck" grommets

We punch our normal grommets through 3 mil MAX-Metal, About the same stuff, with no problem. If you are worried 1) pre-drill the hole 2)do a test. BTW we don't have to pre-drill holes on the max metal.

I have also put regular ones in it.

I do 3mm dibond with regular #2 grommets. I pre drill the hole, set the grommet with a hand press then "set" it again with a 2 lb hammer and a hand die.
