Do you charge no-show fees?

For insurance reasons, we cannot leave ANY customers' vehicles outside. They can't even park it on the street, unless someone is here in the shop.
That's cause you're in the hood and they would get stolen. Can't trust those amish.

We have a keydrop box and people drop them off the night before. We run pretty tight appointment times. If they don't show up, they lose their spot and have to get back inline.

We don't do vehicles very often, but I would imagine if you have set up an appointment and they don't show and don't give notice you would charge them a fee, my dentist does if I cancel less than 48 hours before.

They don't know that you haven't brought in a contract installer or an extra employee for the job, I think you are well within your rights to charge a fee for that. Everyone is so self centred now, no thoughts given about anyone else's schedule but their own.
