does anyone have illi cs5 ????

i have an .EPS file that seems to have been created in cs5. i have cs3 and a friend has cs4 and she tried opening it in cs4 but it gave the same error message " document has been created in a newer version etc etc" can anyone open up the .eps file for me in cs5 and back save it for me to cs3?
