Does anyone know the top font? It looks hand drawn to me...

Arial Sucks.
It definitely looks hand drawn. A lot of these casinos do a lot of advertising put a fair amount of PDFs online. You might be able to luck out and find a PDF containing a vector logo that can be extracted.

Unless it is a custom hand drawn font.....

One tip to spot custom hand drawn fonts is to compare the same letters to each other. For example, this logo has 2 each of "a" and "e". If you compare them, they are different. If it was a computer generated font, they would be identical, unless someone edited them to look different.

Given the casino is operated by MGM Resorts, I'd bet the cursive lettering in the Beau Rivage brand is custom drawn/inked. As I said earlier there's bound to be some corporate PDFs online containing vector copies of the logo. But there's probably also a corporate branding guide too. If I was doing any actual work for that company I'd want a copy of branding guide.
