Inconsistencies in the characters leads me to believe that it is not a font. I'm leaning on it being an individual creation. Its sort of a marriage between Geometric and Raleigh.

:thankyou: Thanks for the input. I kinda figured it had been tweeked a little. I just vectorize it and go on to the next project!
