Does this lead to anything?

On our epson gs6000 when I do a head alignment test print... none of them are perfectly lined up like it ask for in the manual...Each are slightly off does this mean anything or should I be aware of anything? Printing is still good it was just a normal procedure I do when i load a new media in...Is there a way to calibrate so the lines do line up like they should?
