Double Ink Print with PosterShop 6.5 on Mimaki JV3

I am not an Onyx user but I need to know if it is possible to do a double ink print on a Mimaki JV3 with PosterShop v6.5. Thanks!

Running Production House 7. Not sure if it's the same procedure, but if it exists, it should be like this:

-Right-click on the job in the queue.
-Edit > Printer Settings
-Set "Ink Layers" slider to desired number of hits
