Double photo, red under black

Hey i have changed the encoder strip and dampers pull the ink through and know the photo is doubled. Behind the black is red.
Any suggestions. Im new to printing. I have roland sp540v

Hey i fix it. I went through all these steps.

You could also do with replacing your black/cyan head. It has a lot of nozzle deflection so you will never get a really good print with it the way it is

I will do nozzle soak and then i will see if its better.
