Double sided printing with white and print factory

I am trying to print double-sided on clear acrylic. I have a can an Arizona 1380 GT. I am trying to print a mirrored image then white and then write reading CMYK three layers all together. In onyx I was able to do this I am having trouble mirroring only one of the images in Print Factory. Even if I set up the file and mirror just one layer and make a new layer right reading they are both either getting mirrored or not. It depends on the pmm if I have mirror on or off. It looks like to me it's only reading one layer and not both. Anyone know how to deal with this.

late reply but generate side b send a second file to print. I want on the same print, reverse cmyk, white, cmyk. Onyx let's you do this
