Drawing plans for monument signs

I want to be able to supply building contractors with a set of plans to quote a price on building small monument type signs. I need to be able to specify footer/rebar sizes and structural information so they can quote me a price to build. (We can supply foam monuments but some people insist on a masonry based product.) These drawings do not need to be stamped by an engineer at this point, just need an example for quoting purposes. Is there a course available that would teach how to do this? Thanks.

look for a book on architectural drawing for construction blueprints and get a local code book and some engineering specs for what your are building
