Hey guys, I am getting some creasing on my vinyl for the lamination. My tension seems good, the vinyl has no creasing prior to entering the laminator. The laminate also appears to go through the rollers without any creasing. This laminator is 4 weeks old. Any ideas ?

That is a serious crease, Have never had this bad of crease before.

how are you feeding the vinyl trough the machine?
while you are laminating are you stopping the feed?

have you tried using a "sled"?

This is a partial sled, you can also use a full 4x8 sheet of cor-plast of PVC, we use 3mm PVC for our sleds when doing a full sled

Are you sure that's not in the laminate already?

Your laminator was made by a designer and eats anything with Comic Sans automatically.

One would think that the tension is too tight at the ends and pushing the material to the center. Have you tried reducing the pressure at both ends equally?
