Need Help DTG Printer Issue Suggestions needed

Hello all,

We recently got this DTG A3 DX5 head printer from China.

After a month of trial and check we are unable to find solutions to the problem.

What can be the root case?

Basics, head status and other operations of the printer work fair.

Looks like a head alignment or a motion alignment issue.
