Duplicate jobs with Summa Gosign?

I am setting up jobs through Illustrator and Summa Gosign to print, laminate then use the Summa to cut. I have one job that has multiple sheets so when I put one in the plotter, use gosign to cut it then put the second sheet in it does not search for the reg marks it just starts cutting immediately. Is there a proper way to load and cut the same job multiple times?

Video is not great but it should give you some idea. Set it to sheet mode and then use a fixed point for the next sheets.

I found the OPOS sheet in the cutter, changed that and when I load the second sheet it just goes right back to cutting without finding the new marks. I am sure there is a setting I am missing somewhere I just dont know where that is.
