Hi Everyone, was wondering if anyone has used this material before with any luck? Heres my dilemma. When printing a solid laydown there seems to be an area on the print that prints lighter that runs horizontal with the print. Hopefully you can see this happening in the attached. Funny thing is when it prints solid black it seems OK.
Could it be picking up these "grooves" while resting on the back of the preheater? The Roland printer has groove like edges on their preheater and dryer.
Printer: Roland XJ640, RIP: VersaWorks, Profile used: MP Matte Cal
Heater Settings: pre 40c, htr, 40c, dryer 55.
Thanks,
DJ
