• 2004 Durst Rho 205 Hybrid Printer - 80" wide and 2" high is the max print media size. Unlimited media length.
• We are the second owners of the Durst Rho 205 hybrid printer. It was originally owned by Firehouse Image Center in Indianapolis, In. We bought it from S&P Brokerage in July of 2009 for $35,000.
• We have had the printer worked on twice since 2009. First time was to align the main belt, which was slowly moving to the side. That was aligned and continues to stay perfectly center. The second was an electrical relay on the u.v. lighting system. It was replaced and still works perfectly. All work was done by Durst USA. Other than those two issues, the printer has performed flawlessly until February of this year. The encoder is magnetic and has lost the ability to read part of the rail. Durst USA is aware of the problem and makes an upgrade kit that can be installed on the Rho 205 to fix the issue. All 10 print heads work fine. The printer does not have banding or color consistency problems, it prints perfect every time.
• The printer includes; White Ink Option as a 5th color, Roll to Roll feed and take-up motors and hardware, Heavy Duty loading and unloading tables, HP Alphastaion DS15 Computer with Durst RIP software installed and working, a 15” Monitor, Power transformer to hook up the electrical to 220v, and a Vent Hood that measures 4’ x 8’ for the exhaust.
• Information on our UV Ink Supplier and cost also available.
• Asking $6000 OBO
