I'm Having Issue with DX5 F186000 Unlocked Printhead
This is dual DX5 Printhead Machine
First Suddenly One side of magenta start to disappear then i tried re seating the cables but didn't work
This is a dual head machine so i keep printing with this issue for about 3 weeks then it suddenly Start to appear that Magenta channel
but nozzle check pattern is darker than other channel and also it's printing with magenta stripe
But cannot print with head because it's starting to printing magenta strip just like this
So what do i need to do Do i need to replace the Printhead?
I turned off that magenta channel from the PRINTEXP software But it's not turning of the channel
Other head is working fine without any issue
Any help would be appreciate
