DX5 Roland BN-20 Printing a black Line.

Hi, I owned a Bn-20 for about 9-10 months, we recently move the printer to a different place in the shop..

The thing is it stared printing a constant black line.. pic attached..

I already try resetting the printer, did a couple strong cleaning cycles, change the usb cable, did both calibrations, Nothing worked so far..

Also I already called my local dealer... not so much help either..

open to hear you guys opinions....
