try cleaning your steel belt line that your print head is connected to. I believe this was my problem when I had that error. today I changed my maintenance station, my printhead about six months ago, and my encoder wheel 4 months ago. If anyone has to replace any parts I highly recomend Digiprint solutions. They are in Belgum but the parts got to me in the USA in 48 hours. I have saved allot of money and they kindly gave me a link to download the maintenance manual at no cost which helps me solve, replace and fix any probs with my printer!!!
