Is it possible to print well on card stock with eco sol?

We print on poster paper with eco solvent, looks really nice. Not sure how card stock compares but I'm sure if it's rated for it.

I guess it depends on your definition of card stock. All of the stuff we use is generally clay-coated, so it prints really nice. However, some brands are not coated as well as other brands, so you might experience a tad of a 'washed out' look, maybe some wicking out or just some uneven color saturation. You need to be more clear on your substrate.

It depends the card stock. Yes. I print my posters with an Epson 24" pigment printer with C,M,Y,and 2 blacks. Larger posters Mutoh1204.
