Edge FX -- how do I print "frosted"?

This would be a vinyl print for a glass conf-room wall... I could either print "frosted" on clear, or use a frosted vinyl, but can't figure out either... is there a frosted foil? Or is that a specific pattern with a specific color to get a frosted effect? And I can't find frosted vinyl either. The matte polycarb material is similar to what I want, but that does not have adhesive and I don't have the equipment to put on adhesive.
(I did find some brands from the forum search, but none seem to be for the Edge FX)

Any idea how I can do this?
