EDGE FX Print Head alignment

Dear friends after the EDGE FX print and compare the alignment of the print with a squad I realize that is not framed print. I guess I should adjust the print head but do not know how.
Please help me with this.

As far as I know, anything to do with the printhead of an Edge is strictly handled at the factory and is not intended for customers to adjust or repair. Can you post some pictures of printed jobs that show defects. It is very unusual for anyone to get as far into repairs and adjustments as you are.
