I'm a maintenance tech and I have a request to mount a sign to an EIFS wall. The sign itself is probably 35# and maybe 24x36 or so. How badly am I going to have to mangle this wall to get this thing installed? Also there's a slightly better than average chance that it will be taken down inside a year so how much of a mother is it going to be to cover up the old mounting holes?
