Wanted Electro Pounce

Good luck! There is an outfit making knockoffs with a 12 month warranty: http://www.crockettsgarage.com/pounce
Or, you could build your own with an old transformer.
Mine was recently (or at least we recently discovered) tossed out, so I'm in the market myself. I did just come across an old transformer without ground fault protection, so I may be in business before too long...

Gently used Electro Pounce Machine
That's Great thank you for the info. The same thing happened to me the one I had we made from an old transformer many years ago, we moved into a new shop and had it set up and used it
but when we got "computerized" it must have been tossed out. I see Crockett's Garage sells them price is $850. cdn plus shipping, duty etc.

An Electro-Pounce and an overhead projector (usually sources form an education department auction). Aahhh, those were the days.

I have been shocked on my ass by those homemade electric pounce machines years ago. A good handheld pounce wheel is so much better, and safer.

I too am interested if there's any used ones available. I have not heard anything back from Crockets Garage, but would be happy to buy his version too. Pounce wheel is fine, but these are so much more efficient, precise, and clean for me, in my experience.

Some day everything gonna be different.... when I
I had 2, gave one away years ago. If it's worth it, I'll dig up my old electroponce. Make me an offer to entice me to do the looking.

I still have my old one. Still works.
One time I wasn't paying attention and the thing shocked a hole right through my thumbnail.
And another time there was some dust on the tip I went to wipe the tip off and it got me that time to.
But the worst time was, I took it outside and if you stuck the tip into the ground nightcrawlers would come flying up out of the earth. I lost my balance and put my hand down to stable myself while I was shock the worms.
Well I was the one getting shocked at that time. I could've sworn my arm was going to get ripped out of my shoulder socket
