Electronic sign

anyone know a supplier in Canada (preferably Ontario) for those programmable / electronic sign panels? Not the full-on high def displays, but the ones that you program your own text into, with different effects available - they almost look like a panel of coloured LED lights.
I actually don't like these things at all, lol - but one customer is determined to get one, either from me or someone else... so I might as well take the cash if I can!
