Hi,
I have an Encad 850, when running solids you can just slightly notice an area about 50mm wide, about 300mm in (from the service station side) where the ink is slightly lighter, on a panel drop this appears as a fainter area of ink down the print, but it is ever so faint - almost imperceptible.
I understand the print can have different characteristics if the machine is run in single or bidirectional mode, ie you will notice abnormalities in solids, but I'd be all day running in Single mode.
Could this be due to some sort of equipment wear ?, I fitted new bushes recently ....
