Do you not have a Roland dealer in your area? Last strip I bought for my 54" was $230.00 if memory serves.

When I know encoder strip cost, I know original encoder strip price is crazy.
We produce a batch encoder strip (non punched) to Roland dealer in China.
They punched and sell in 5 times price.

This batch encoder strip made based on Roland standerd, thicker than generic encoder strip.
So, when you can find generic encoder strip, do not choose original one.
When you fit it on printer, punch is easy.

I had only trouble with not original encoder. Waaaay cheaper but only last one month.

Yes, the generic encoder stripe is thin, life is short.
It is why Roland Roland dealer in China customer-made encoder stripe from us.
