Question Enduracut 3 Plotter with LXI Software from SIGNWhorehouse.

Is anyone using the Enduracut 3, 24" from SignWhorehouse?
It came with LXI12 and it will not advance after cutting, no matter what I try.
Anyone have any suggestions.
