Envision 375 Nocking??

i have an envision 375, when we start the job it is working fine then all of a sudden it will start making a knoing noise and it wont cut the decal out all the way. has anyone had this problem before?

Check that the bail arm on the feed in side is in the down position and that the black pinfeed bails on the feed out side are evenly positioned on the vinyl.

all of that looks fine, the noise will come and go through out the job. it sounds like its internal.

We would get a knocking noise when something was haywire with the z-axis. If the Z-Axis would not read correctly or not calibrated correctly, the blade holder would knock on the up.

Check to see if your cut depths are off. If so, you may just need to calibrate the Z-Axis.
