enVision 375 not closing up letters

Hello,
I've changed the cutting strip but the plotter is not closing up the letters, it's leaving a slight gap and the line appears to be off the original axis

any suggestions?

looks like its dropping and raising the knife a split second too soon...

no help for a cause, sorry.

Did you ever figure the problem out? I had something similar with my GS15 and all I did was put a drop of oil on the Knife holder and it was fine.
