Envision 375 Timing Belt replacement

We have an old Envision 375 cutter and the registration is getting sloppy.
I was thinking we need a new timing belt.
Anyone have instructions or tips on this?
Gerber Manual is useless.....Any help is appreciated!

Check out The Plotter Doctor on YouTube. Great tutorial and they sell the OEM quality replacement belt. I just replaced my timing belt and Gerber drum roller on a HS15plus.
Best price I could find and the new drum is a urethane type material that’s way better than Gerber original. The belt was very supple and a perfect fit.

Good service and turned around if needed.

Make sure you follow the directions and especially the process in manual for aligning the x & y axis after changing.

I’ve been really lucky. Except for mine sitting for 13 years, it was a workhorse every day, 6 days a week when the shop was open.

After the new belt and roller it runs like the day it was new! Gotta love classic quality equipment!
