Need Help Envision 375

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a cutting issue with my EnVision 375 plotter. I have a large stencil order using Oramask 831 material, and I’m trying to speed up production by using reverse weeding — which would work great — except I’m running into a problem.

Some corners aren’t cutting completely, causing the letters to stay attached to the material when peeling. I’ve already rounded the corners slightly and set the overcut to the maximum in Gerber Plot software, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or found a reliable solution? Any tips or adjustments that could help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,
It's not a blade issue is it.. or even wear on the roller where the blade makes contact?/ I'd attempt to slightly increase the pressure force on the blade first and/or a new blade??
