The tool head for my envision plotter might be taking a dive. I say might because if i reattach the left cellunoid (sp) thingy it seems to cut fine. I believe it controls the y axis. It seems to wiggle loose after cutting small letters. Also the blade seems to not swivel? as freely. Kind of pulls up the vinyl on tight turns. I checked the depth,force etc.. I slowed things down to almost a crawl and things seem to be for a while. I do need a new cutting strip and that is on order.
Question: Is it worth getting a new tool head? Maybe a used one is an option? And where would one find that item. My sales guy would like to sell me a whole new package, Edge - 15"375 but not really in the market for one.
