Hey guys, I've got a epilog laser and I think it's got an ongoing issue that is mostly related to the Rotary tool. I'm going to attach a couple images so you can see. When we call the epilog, they recommended that we replace the motor on the Rotary device. So we've done that, and the problem is still occurring. I was just curious if anybody has ever ran into this situation. Just random small lines engraved outside the intended art areas. We don't seem to have the issue when we are engraving on the flat surface. It seems to be Isolated to the Rotary machine. Would appreciate any advice or feedback. I should mention, we can engrave a dozen tumblers with the same file and no issue, and then we have the issue on one and then can engrave a dozen more with no issues.
