EPS and PDF problems

Flexi is not letting me open or import any eps or pdf file. I can create a design save it as eps with a contour cut the if I want to open to make changes I get ERROR IN IMPORT. I have flexi 10.5.1 with a key.

remove flexi and install it again.

Anti-virus software likely removed some files in the Flexi system folder. First, make sure you anti-virus software does not check the Flexi folder. Then uninstall Flexi and ee-install in the same location as before.
