eps .. conversion

You don't have Illustrator?

you can do it in illustrator. Just use the save as ... dialog box and you can select legacy formats at the top or the dialog box that pops up

I have CS2 ... but my customers artwork won't open. It was made with CS4 which is a newer version. I haven't figured out how to open the newer files in the older program yet. If someone knows , I would love to hear it.

1. Open a new document
2. Open "my computer" window to the folder the file is in.
3. Drag file from folder into new document
4. Click "Embed"

Use the Place command to bring the file into an open Illustrator workspace and it will work.

Ya seems to be a bug in illy. We've had many issues where files won't open, but then if you open Illy and drag it in it works.
