Hi All
Our Epson 11880 is now almost 7 years old, but has probably been used less than most people use in a year.
It gives me an error 131B now, and as far as I can tell, we have no epson dealer nearby. According to the Service Manual I found, this is the Thermistor in the Print Head Reporting an over temperature condition.
Suggestions were:
1. Reseat print head cables on main board side
2. Reseat print head cables on print head side
3. Replace the print head
4. Replace the main board.
The question is, has any one else tried this on their own, and where do you get the parts?
Thanks
Ken
