Epson 4880c won't print magenta

Hello,

I need some help. Could anyone tell me why my printer doesn't print magenta? I have change head with new one then the first print was Ok and then others prints are without magenta. I have put all new dumpers and I see magenat on cup, but it dont wan't to print it?
