Hey everyone new to the forum,
I have an Epson pro 9700 that I've been using for a couple years now. I started having issues with it about 2 weeks ago. It started with the printer not reading the ink cartridges (all of them) as if they were out of the machine. This was especially odd because the error started while in the middle of a power clean. I called quite a few different service centers and shops to find almost no help. After being out of town for a couple weeks, today I come in to find that the printer will not even power up now ??? I can hear the power click on and I can even hear the faint whine of power being run into the machine, but nothing at all is happening past that.
Has anyone run into this/these issues ?? Any possible trouble shooting advice ?
I have checked/switched power cords, checked/switched power outlets
