Need Help EPSON 9800

Hey hows it going..

I'm kind of new to the printing scene and I'm having a issue and I'm hoping someone here can help ... So i have a epson 9800 and im having trouble printing large files ..
The print spooler will stop at 60 percent and wont do anything more ... The printer still says printing and i have to shut everything down ... Smaller files print just fine ..any idea what this could ...
Would love to solve this issue before the week is out
