Has anyone else experienced a problem after using Epson's Additional Cleaning Cartridges? I was trying to clean out just the orange portion so I tried using these cleaning cartridges but after having no effect on the orange, my black went out as well. From what I've been reading, most people been suggesting it's an issue with the damper but Epson tech told me that we have to replace the whole head. Any feed back would help, thanks!
