Epson p400

I am trying to use epson p400 on PrismJET 201 Cal gloss vinyl. I have 2 questions

1) Can this printer even print on
vinyl
2) Is there a roll of vinyl that would recommend

Picture below is showing the ink running like crazy, it is just puddling up.

You need aqueous vinyl for pigment or dye based machines.

Would you have any recommendations on a supplier that would stock that?
