I had a tech come on Friday because I was getting bad banding and black heads not firing. He replaced the head a and the nozzle check looks bad and it still prints terrible.Looks like my optimizer channel is not functional too. He’s coming back on Monday but I’m afraid he may not know what he’s doing..
