Epson S50670

I am wondering does anyone have a S50607 that is running at 6pass and having problems?

My Setup

Material & Profile:
IJ180c-10-v3
Custom built profile, 6pass stochastic

Printer settings: S50670

1. Platen Gap (1.5 Default)
   
2. Heat (3M 40,40,50 – 3m recommended)
   
3. Media Suction (5 Epson Manual recommendation)
   * Try to 3 (Recommended by tech)
   
4. Media Tension (10-15 Default, Epson Manual recommendation)
   * Try to 5 (Recommended by tech)
   
5. Feed Speed (1 Epson Manual recommendation)

6. Roll Type (print side in/out (out)

Issues:
Inconsistent sizes in panels, they don't match up
take up works fine/true up to about 900" the starts to sway bad +/- .50" causing material to buckle between pinch rollers 1 & 2

Let me know your thoughts or solutions you may have.

If your having trouble with different size panels try this.

Menu
media setup
customize settings
select the current settings your using.
Feed adjustment
manual
20in pattern

Once printed measure the actual size and increase the value by the amount the length is off.

We've had the Epson S70670 for over a month now and love it. The full gamut of the machine matches GRACoL around 95%. Hope this helps.
