Epson S60600L Power Outage

Hi All,

I have an Epon S60600L and the regular S60600. We just had a power outage and one regular one is fine but the bulk printer has no ink printing. I first sent a print and saw that the head was moving but not ink on the media. Ive also tried a nozzle check and nothing as well.

I have a feeling the outage is the culprate as I had a cyan head go last year on the same machine but took me too long to realize.

Ive run a ceaning, automatic and manual. Any ideas? I would like to avoid calling a tec out if possible. Also no error codes on the screen which i find odd.

Was the head in the parked position when the power outage happened. I had this happen to me and the head was not parked. Ink dried in the head and had to replace the heads.

Power backup and surge protector on all machines now.
